The developer of Finger Pop iPhone game writes:

I am an American working for a Japanese company in Tokyo. I am actually from Nevada. The company that I work for just started to write iPhone applications, which I happen to started to do as soon as I was hired. Well, anyways I create a very simple game called Finger Pop.

Finger Pop design around the idea that iPhone user has young children. The user can show their kids the iPhone as well as spending some time with their children without extensive planning. The objective of the game is very simple. Just pop the balloons in order before time expires. The user can set the time and the number of balloons in the settings menu. They can choose between 5 seconds to 45 seconds and 4, 6, or 8 balloons.

I would like it if you will try the game out and give some feedback. What you like about it and what you dislike about it? What can be improved upon it and what you would like to see from it?

You can get Finger Pop from the AppStore for 99 cents.

Evangelion Vol. 2 Clock & Vol. 3 Stamp Review

April 24, 2009

eclock.pngFans of the hit Japanese anime series Evangelion can now enjoy the world of Evangelion on their iPhones with these two applications from Appliya.

The first application that I’m reviewing is the Evangelion Vol. 2 Clock app Evangelion vol.2 Clock. Now you can pull out your iPhone and impress your friends with this Evangelion-inspired clock. Imagine yourself at the NERV headquarters watching the time countdown. Also included in this app is a timer mode with authentic sounds and all.

With the Evangelion vol. 3 Picture Stamp app Evangelion vol.3 Picture Stamp, you’ll be able to decorate all your favorite pictures with Evangelion characters, icons and other artifacts from the movie. Take a picture from your picture roll or even take one on the spot, choose a “stamp”, resize it and Voila!, you’ve got your own Evangelion themed picture! It’s really easy and fun!

Watch my video to see the apps in action.
